Prof Fotaki contributed to the Integrity at Work (IAW) annual conference by facilitating a panel discussion on ‘Encouraging Integrity – Creating a Speak Up/Listen Up Culture’. The discussants included Gerald Chifamba (Sales and Business Development Executive, EQS Group), Tracy Boylin (CEO, Organisational and People Genetics), Rosarii Mannion (HR Leader and Practitioner) and Kyle Welch (Assistant Professor of Accountancy, George Washington University).
