Prof. Marianna Fotaki has written a short article for the upcoming (6th) edition of Core, published by Warwick Business School, the University of Warwick. The article discusses the benefits of whistleblowing to organisations and society; why organisations should offer a range of speak-up channels; why responsiveness matters; how to build trust in speak-up systems; and speak-up champions.
